This TESDA course consists of 6 modules. You can be able to finish the course in 560 hours. You can do it according to your convenient time even if you’re just at home. Take note just at your place. SUGAR CONCENTRATION
This process teaches you how to make jellies, jams, marmalade and preserves and as well as how to pack and store the finished products before selling.
FERMENTATION AND PICKLING
In here, you will discover how they make wines, vinegar and yogurt. As a bonus, you can learn how to make a pickle of your favourite with just a simple vinegar and salt solution.
THERMAL APPLICATION
The knowledge and skills of processing food by thermal application are discussed here. Not only that, but you will also learn how to use some equipment and apparatus to make this process. And here, pasteurization and pressurization are also taught.

A certificate of completion is awarded to you after the course. If you want to get a national certificate, you need to do an assessment later on at any nearest TESDA assessment centre near you.
