Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Bake

aked chicken and broccoli pasta course was the perfect addition for celebrations. This delicious baked pasta dish was easy to cook. The ingredients that you also needed to it was versatile and simple to search in supermarkets. Saute broccoli, chicken, and aromatics and combine all-purpose cream and macaroni. Put season to add some taste. After that combine butter and flour and combine on the milk. Cook it until it thickens and put it on the chicken-broccoli combination. After that, bake it until it was already cooked.
All you need to do was to thaw 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic until the onions are soft. Combine the chicken for several minutes or until you notice that the color of it was becoming white. Cook the macaroni and broccoli and sprinkle it with pepper, salt, and Magic Sarap. Add the all-purpose cream and cook it for another 2 minutes and put it on the side. In another saucepan, cook another tablespoon of butter and combine flour with it and stir it until it became color brown and soft. Put the fresh milk gently and cook until it turned creamy. Shift the chicken and broccoli combination on the baking dish. Sprinkle lavishly with the white sauce and put grated cheese on top of it. Bake this on around 350 °F, preheated oven for around 15 minutes or until you saw the cheese was melting already.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • ¼ kilo chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ¾ cup cooked macaroni shells
  • 8 grams sachet of Maggi Magic Sarap
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 250 ml All-Purpose Cream
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 250 ml of fresh milk
  • Grated quick-melting cheese

Instructions:

  1. Thaw 1 tablespoon of butter in the saucepan and cook onions and garlic until the onions are delicate.
  2. Combine the chicken and cook it for several minutes or until the color becomes white.
  3. Cook the macaroni and broccoli and sprinkle it with pepper, salt, and Magic Sarap.
  4. Add the all-purpose cream and cook for another 2 minutes and put it on the side
  5. Melt another 1 tablespoon of butter in another saucepan and combine flour. Stir cook until it turned brown and soft.
  6. Add the fresh milk gently and cook it until it became tender.
  7. Put the chicken and broccoli combination on the baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle lavishly with the white sauce that you prepared and put grated cheese on the top.
  9. Bake it at around 350 °F, preheated oven for around 15 minutes or until you notice that the cheese was melted already.
